Accommodation Policy

  1. Do not share the digital lock access code with anyone. 
  2. As toiletries are for personal use and preference (including toilet paper), coliving does not provide.
  3. Kitchen detergent will be provided for common use. Washing machine detergent is not provided.
  4. Please use only the room designated for the respective tenant. 
  5. Pls use the common bathrooms (one in the hallway and one in the utility area) for non-master bedroom tenants. Pls ensure the cleanliness of the toilet after your use. Be considerate of the next user.
  6. Bi-weekly general cleaning will be done for the common area, e.g., kitchen, hallway, and common toilets.
  7. Only use the designated utility as assigned (kitchen drawing, cabinet, fridge, and shoe racks). Pls see the room number label.
  8. Do wash/clean up the cutlery after use. Store to its proper drawer. Cutlery is considered a personal item. Pls take care of your items.
  9. Usage of the Washing machine and dryer is designated as follows:
    • Monday: Room 1
    • Tuesday: Room 2
    • Wednesday: Room 3
    • Thursday: Room 4
    • Friday: Room 5
    • Saturday: Room 6
    • Sunday: general service
  10. Gate Access card is given during handover. pls return when you exit the tenancy agreement.
  11. The company does not warrant your valuables or lost item. You are to keep your valuables in a secure and safe place.
