HOUSE RULES
To ensure you have a pleasant stay with us and living amicably with your housemates, below is the list of house rules for all Tenants.
1. The premises shall be kept clean and neat. The common areas are to be free from all personal items. Housekeepers reserved the right to dispose any item(s) left along the common areas.
2. All premises properties, fittings and fixtures shall be maintained in good conditions.
3. The kitchenshall be clean at all times. Used dishes must be washed immediately. Floor to be mopped after each cooking. All dishes and kitchen utensils to be put back to the respective kitchen drawer after it is dry.
4. All Tenants must clear all foods and dispose garbage the night before.
5. Strictly no PET in the Room/premises.
6. All shoes shall be kept in the shoes cabinets. If there is not enough space, kindly make your own arrangement for a personal shoe cabinet for yourself. DO NOT wear your shoes in the Room/premises.
7. Tenantshall conduct themselves in a manner that does not unreasonably disturb other Tenants or neighbours. Volumes of musical instruments, radios, televisions, stereos etc shall turn down so as not to harass, annoy or inconvenience any other Tenants. Reasonable quiet hours between 23:00hrs until 08:00hrs shall beenforced.
8. Please take note that the rental is solely for rooms. Using of common areas are gesture of goodwill. If Housekeeping is not observed, Landlordshall have a more regular Housekeeping and the costshall be borne by the Tenant.
9. Landlord will have a routine Housekeeping and check to ensure the Room/premises maintain a good standard of live-in environment.
10. CCTV is installed at the common area for safety and security of all parties. It also serves to monitor any trespassers into the premises. Tenants shall be liable for, if found to have damage or destroy any items, furniture and fittings in the common area.
11. Good Housekeeping MUST be observed at all times.
